"Loved our stay at the Jesse Hotel! Our room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Was such a luxury to lounge and relax from our day's drive. Not a reflection on the hotel, but did find the homeless folks concentrated in the area inhibited our exploration as first-time Reno visitors. Luckily, being inside the Jesse made up for that!"

"Hotel and casino were both clean and new looking, with no stale smoke smell. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. The rewards program is more generous than I have encountered at other casinos. Nice variety though f dining options (including a buffet). Our double queen room was spacious and comfortable.
My only complaints: No bedspread on bed (just a sheet and thin blanket) and the casino does not have “real” craps.
