"First of all, it took an hour from the airport to get a shuttle. Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. The internet also was slow or never worked. The pool is a joke. Could not use it because it was crowded and being so small we couldn't get a place to lay out. It was probably one of my worst stays at a hotel. And the staff wasn't helpful when I called to tell him about the issues we had with the air conditioning and internet"

"Great room with a lot space. No staff basically, it’s mostly automated. Being right across from the bus station with a guy screaming all night was a bit of a different environment for me."

"We loved this property, it’s one of our new favorites. Nicki and the crew at the restaurant were especially accommodating and gracious. We will be back. Try one of the suites on the ninth floor, totally worth the money."
