Fantastic location for this 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo! The Seawatch is an oceanfront building with boardwalk to the beach and a short walk to town center and Pier. Indoor pool for guest use and outdoor sitting area. Unit has balcony overlooking beach towards Pine Point area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Washer and dryer located inside unit. 2 assigned parking spaces included. No pets, no smoking.
