Staff was extremely helpful. The place was perfect. The pool was great. It was within moments to the beach and so close to the center of town. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay in old orchard beach.

My husband and I decided to stay here at last minute for our wedding anniversary. The rates were very reasonable and they have done recent renovations. We thought the room was very cute. Very beach like themed. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the beach is right across the street. Couldn’t ask for more and we plan to come back. Thank you. !

Everything was very clean and the staff was excellent. The owners though need to do some fixing up. It looks like they are trying but there needs to be attention paid to things like the baseboard peeling off the wall, super wobbly tables. Also, you should clean up behind the hotel, it would be a very nice area to lounge. Overall, it was a good stay for the price. Keep up the good work.

Staff were great. Parking situation is honestly terrible unless you drive a compact sedan. I drove my truck up and it was VERY tight. They said next year it will be better as theyre adding a new lot. Rooms are okay. Its worth the cheap rate to stay here and I would book this spot again no question. Its a 2min walk to the beach, 12mins to the Pier and Palace Playland.

The kitchenette had nothing to cook with. Curtains were not properly installed Bathroom was not super clean We had to reach out to get trash bag and toilet paper. Staff was not often available at the office but they were kind. We loved that the motel was near the beach and attractions Pool was fun for the kids We used the barbecue to make our dinner and we appreciate it.

They were accommodating with early check in. Unit was dirty. Urine at base of toilet, toothpaste spittle spots all over faucet in the restroom, extremely small tile shower full of sand and mouse droppings in mini fridge, coffee pot was dirty. We purchased cleaning products at a local store and cleaned before we did anything else. There are no secondary locks. The only lock is a keypad door knob. We didnt stay the second night we booked and opted to find a different place to stay. Pool seemed nice. Location is very good.

We loved our stay at Old Orchard Beach’s “Barbie House”. The house was clean, comfortable and of course Barbie themed! I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and can’t wait to go back! The location was absolutely perfect - just steps to the beach.

Our particular room wasn’t clean. There were towels and previous occupants belongings in closet. The location of the refrigerator in our room was awful because it blocked half of the bathroom door. You had to turn sideways to enter. The bathroom is omg so TINY! Everything was in poor condition. That said, folks running the hotel are great. Very friendly and didn’t say anything to us even though we knew we were louder guests and our teenage boys were playing ball in parking lot. We had friends staying in another room and their set up was much better. So we just had bad luck I guess. We would come back again but would know now to not stay in room 7.

Nice hotel. Great location. Were able to park once and walk to save on parking costs. Rate was right in our affordable price range which is why we chose it. Will stay there again for sure. . But will bring smaller vehicle. Parking is tight and crew cab truck was hard to park and get back out.

We stated for one night, the staff was very helpful with setting up an after hours check in as our travel was delayed. The room was clean and although you are close to the street it was quiet. The only issue with the property was that parking was tight.

Beds weren't bad, and the location to the beach was great and thats about it. Could have used a good cleaning, a lot of dust and dirt build up. Make sure you have the number from the office door. At check in no one in the office. We had a wifi issue (side note, wifi was a HUGE pain I the @$$ constant log out, log back in) go to ask someone in the office, again no one there. When it came time to check out...shocker no one in the office. The doors are keycoded and no locks on the inside so that was a safety concern. Whether traveling with children, solo, or even with friends not having a lock on the inside of the door is a safety issue for me.

The staff was friendly and the room clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and there was only one roll of toilet paper for our weekend stay.
