SeaWatch Condo

We rented for 3 weeks in August. The ocean views and beach access were superb. The condo was well equipped, but we couldn't give it 5 stars due to the condition of the living room sofa. Julie was tremendous to work with!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

My family and I rented this condo for a week in August and had a great time. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, great views right on the beach. There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 kids (age 5 & 9) - and we were very comfortable with the two bedrooms and pullout sofa. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we could have possibly needed and having the washer and dryer was great. The location couldn’t have been better - all restaurants and activities are in walking distance so we didn’t have to use our car. We had a great time and plan to rebook for next year!

SeaWatch condo

You can’t beat the location. The owners have done a nice job with updates in kitchen and bathrooms. It was easy to check in with codes sent ahead of time. Laundry in the unit is so convenient. The property manager is very responsive. My only suggestions would be to have some towel bars hung in bathrooms, there is absolutely nowhere to hang towels. Also, a few more towels would be nice. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better, no lobster pot! Also, only one fan per room, and they are not very strong..it was pretty hot in the bedrooms. More than 2 chairs for balcony too…if 4-6 people can stay, only 2 can sit!

No A/C Misleading Listing

The condo is in a great location/proximity to the beach with a nice beach view from the living room. Just a quick 5min walk to the Pier. However, the unit and the building were pretty disappointing. The furniture (beds and couches) are very uncomfortable. Also, the second bedroom is listed as a double bed with a twin. The twin is actually a pull out from under the double that sits on the ground. It is a very tight fit for my 2 boys to share the room. When I pulled it out there were crumbs and trash in it. The building is in need of some serious maintenance. The condo has no A/C making it uncomfortable in the humid weather we had. We left early due to the uncomfortable beds.

Amazing condo, directly on the beach. Unbeatable views combined with a spacious, updated living space. Perfect for our family of five. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were a huge space to hang out and enjoy meals. In-unit laundry was a great luxury with little kids. Definitely hope to return to this property!

We had a great week here! While the building is older, the unit itself has been updated and is well maintained. The sea breeze kept the unit nice and cool, in fact most nights we had to close the windows because it got too chilly. Beds were comfortable, living room had plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen had everything we needed, bonus that it had a Keurig! My daughter LOVED the pool. We will definitely be back next summer!

The SeaWatch unit 605 is really nice and clean. Located about 5 minutes of walk of the pier. Would recommend!

All around amazing!

This condo was above and beyond our expectations. Very clean, beautiful view and a great location. Up to date interior, washer and dryer in the condo and an indoor swimming pool were excellent features. I've been traveling to OOB for over a decade and I would not consider staying anywhere else. This was the perfect set up for my wife and I and our 2 daughters 3yr and 7yr. We all had an amazing time.

OOB is Beautiful!

The condo was right on the beach with fantastic parking. My family and I enjoyed a week in the condo with no issues. This condo does not have AC but the condo stayed cool the whole time. The couches can be replaced and were a bit lumpy. Julie was a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended this condo to my friends and co-workers. Definitely will be going back.
