Oceanfront condo!!!! Steps to 7 mile beach & downtown OOB. 3rd floor w/elevator

One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.

Family Fun in Old Orchard Beach

The family had a lot of fun staying at "The Swick!" We enjoyed being right on the beach and Palace Playland is a short walk away.

Loved this condo!

I went to Wendy’s condo as a weekend getaway and I loved every minute of it! The view was amazing, the condo was clean and lovely, and the location was perfect! Wendy was really generous with letting me check in early and out late since her cleaners were not going to be there until later and she communicated well. I would 100% stay here again!

The Ocean View!

Wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. So peaceful. The condo is So close to ocean, I could hear it in the bedroom as it was cool enough to leave the doors open. Building is close enough to walk into the shopping district. Lots of great shops and boutiques. Restaurant downstairs has exceptional food and service

Great location

The sunrises, which we could easily view from the balcony, were spectacular! Music and food from the Swick was also good. The location was great for exploring other areas nearby such as Kennebunkport to Portland. Wendy gave excellent details and gave immediate feedback when needed.

The perfect overnight escape.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a beach-themed interior, a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Further inside, a magnificent, large sliding door reveals a stunning ocean view.I experienced a minor difficulty connecting the television to the Wi-Fi network, but Wendy promptly assisted me, and we resolved the problem within minutes. Its the ideal overnight escape.

Anniversary trip

The condo in OOB, was perfect! Loved having coffee in morning on deck watching the sunrise! Loved walking the beach, lots of shells and even found a few sand dollars! Great area to find local shopping and places to eat! Brunswick had fun bands out and could listen from deck! Wendy was very responsive to messages sent! Great place to stay!
