This is an older property but room was clean, beds were comfy and the bedding smelled freshly cleaned! It had an ocean view as well as a view of the amusement park! Great people watching venue on seconds floor!

Quick walk to the beach, amusement park, and restaurants. Parking was convenient. Staff was very helpful as my family was coming from a late afternoon Red Sox Game in Boston., I wasn't to sure if we were gonna make it by the time office closed for check out.

This was perfect for our one night stay. The main purpose for our visit was the Pier and Palace Playland so we were easily able to walk back to the room when needed. Our kids loved the pool. The downside was how loud the train was and you could hear the rides still going later at night but the friendly front desk and ability to park at the hotel early more than made up for that.

Obviously the building is older but our room was clean and had a newer bathroom faucet and vanity. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the AC worked well. Given it's location, directly across the street from the roller coaster and the train tracks directly behind the property, the noise was not terrible. There was direct access to the beach right across the street which was so nice! I would stay here again.

Easy check in regular room . I rent here for the convenience. Nothing spectacular. Stayed here Aug 2026 and they were digging up a big hole in middle of parking lot smelled like ashalpt bad for my two days there. Others then that stay was perfect the pool is our favorite

Parking was easy. The pool water was clean. The room appeared clean. Great location. Very outdated. It is what it is. A basic, clean, room in a good location. Close to the beach and pier. Ac was cold. Area was noisy but did not bother us.

The location of property is very good, right near it all. when we arrived to the room they were not as big as expected and the kitchenette was very small. The room we stayed in the bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom ceiling was damaged with water (not dripping, just stained) sad thing is we did see a roach in our room, the lighting is very limited and so are the electric outlets. We were told it will be going under renovations and so hopefully for next summer is all set. Overall I would stay again because the staff is friendly and I do want to say the front desk receptionist with the curly long blondish hair and glasses with a Turkish accent was AMAZING!!!! I do not remember her name but I would like to see her next summer providing the same service as she did to myself and my guest. thank you for the service and we will be back:)

The ocean view pic we saw was VERY deceptive. It was real, but it was the narrow walkway to the beach, in between the amusement park, and the establishment on other side. Convenient to many things, but we wanted an ocean view, not the main drag out front, and the railroad tracks behind us. Upper balcony, a walkway to all the 2nd floor rooms. Parking is for 1 vehicle, but, there were others NOT registered there, an it is a first come, first park basis. Narrow spots, so a regular sized car is tightly parked in there. Room was fairly clean, but the floors were always sandy, but it will be that way, but no broom to sweep it up, either. Nice fridge, and microwave, Keruig machine was broke, so it had to be held to get a cup of coffee.. This met our needs for th 2 nights, but not for a 2nd stay.
