Yearly trip to Maine

This was my favorite place we have stayed at yet and we come every year ! The gentlemen in the lobby were so kind and beyond helpful ! It was a beautiful place with the best location close to everything ! We will certainly be staying here next year !!!

Great place & location!

We all loved the place, it was very clean and was exactly like the photos that were online. It was located steps away from the beach, restaurants and the pier and we didn’t have to drive anywhere except going to the outlets on a rainy day.

Great condo & location

This is a great condo! The owner was very responsive to any questions/requests we had. The condo complex is well maintained with very helpful people manning the front desk. Great location and perfect for families.

Beautiful facility

The property was a perfect location for my husband who is Mobile challenged. The gentleman at the doors were so noice and they went out of their way to assist us in any way! Terrific stay , horrible weather !

Great place!

This was our 3rd year in a row visiting Old Orchard and our stays keep getting better and better. This condo was CLEAN and the location is superb! Our family of 6 loved every aspect this place had to offer from friendly staff, easy access to beach, the indoor pool, and a large condo with 2 well cleaned large bathrooms 😊 definitely hope to stay at this building again. It had a very nice side balcony that gave a good view of the ocean and while I may try to find an end unit (beachfront facing) next time, I would absolutely return to this exact condo. Loved our stay.

Early Riser

If you are an early riser you will love this location, central to all of Old Orchard Beach. If you like to sleep in this might not be the ideal place. Very active parking lot right outside with garbage trucks, deliveries and beach parking with attendants playing music loudly.

Just as expected

Love it when there are no surprises. This property was just as listed. The pictures were accurate. The checkin and departure process was super easy. The location cannot be beat! Walk out to the beach and they have a station to clean your sand off before entering the building again. We visited with three teenagers and had plenty of room for five people. The property management company and the building staff were incredibly kind. We would return again!

We were excited to stay at this Vrbo for our first trip to Old Orchard Beach. The central location and balcony views were great, but there were many mechanical issues during our stay. The minor issues were the master toilet constantly running, master TV remote not working, laundry spin cycle not working (leaving clothes dripping wet), and the master bathroom fan stopped working towards the end of the stay. The major issue was that the AC did not work for our entire stay. We called and texted the company after we checked in, but did not receive timely responses so kept having to call and text them back. A tech eventually came to the Vrbo on our 3rd day there and tried to fix it, but said that the AC unit probably needed to be replaced. We understand that things like this can happen, but the lack of timely communication really made our stay less than desirable.

We had a great time at OOB! The unit is right in the middle of the action. Easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the beach. We stay at the Grand Victorian every year.

We absolutely loved this rental for our family!! It was the perfect location, so comfortable and spacious, and the condo was stocked with everything we’d need, even toddler plates for our two year old! BVR was so accommodating every time I contacted them with questions, honestly every part of our trip was so smooth and easy. We were a little worried about how noisy it would be with the hotel being located right in downtown, but we really could not hear a peep from our room! And our two young sons slept wonderfully. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, central to Old Orchard and traveling up to Portland and other areas. The common space was very nice and large and great for 2 families to gather, eat and kids to play. The beds were lack luster and I suggest bringing your own pillows. Not a knock on the rental but more on the condo/complex. The pool was out of commission most of our trip with technical issues. The small elevator to bring the luggage carts up and down from the lobby was broken so it was a lot of manual lifting and transferring bags back and forth.

Beautiful immaculate condo

The condo was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. It would be ideal for a family with 2-4 children. The location has great proximity to the beach and the amusement park area for kids. One room has 2 sets of bunkbeds, so it is not the best choice for two adult couples.

Great beach location!

Great location! We were literally right next to pier! All the action plus some. We were with kids ages 15-10 and it was perfect with activities everywhere to keep them busy. Boogie boarding and body surfing were amazing. The pool was nice too and not too busy. As for the condo, it was clean and very spacious. The only thing I wish was for a sleeper sofa of some sort. Because sometimes the kids like to spread out rather than all sleeping in one room. The adults also like to spread out.. Would recommend and will definitely consider going against this property!
