Great property with everything you need to spend a week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet. I traveled with my partner and two adult children. We have been staying here for the last 4 years. Excellent!

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The condo had cute little care packages with their logo on it, qhich helped so i could do laundry and clean dishes. The only thing is we didn't know it was close to a railroad and could hear that at night but you were far enough away you could barley hear it. Overall great stay and great memories made!

Awesome.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. It was a perfect place to bring our small dog. The accommodation were excellent. The kitchen was perfect to make all of our meals. We definitely will return and we definitely recommend this place.

The condo was updated and clean! Just a bit farther from the beach than we imagined, but a nice downhill walk, so not too bad. It was a nice quiet and peaceful location. We would definitely stay again!

Location is everything at OOB

This property was perfect for us. It is a short trip by car to Ocean Park, downtown OOB, Pine Point and to the local grocery store. It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night, which we appreciated.

50th Birthday Get Together

We were in town to celebrate 50th birthdays. The house was perfect for four adults. They provided all the basics one would need and one the grocery stores made deliveries so we could utilize the kitchen for breakfasts.

Great stay!

Loved our stay! The check-in/check-out process was super easy. The location convenient and the amenities were perfect for our family of 4. The only thing I would have to say would be the blinds did next to nothing to block out the light so we ended up using garbage bags to block out the sun so our kids wouldn’t wake up at 5:30. Lastly, the coffee machine was pretty much non functional. We attempted every morning and got it working maybe once. These were our only criticisms though and the pros far outweigh these inconveniences. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place

We were very happy with our stay. Location was far enough away from the busy area but close enough that we did walk back from the beach one time so we didn’t lose our paid parking spot. Only thing we could figure out was the air conditioning…we were freezing…not sure turning it up on the remote helped? But we just used extra blankets. The space was beautiful, minor floor heaving issues but nothing that could be fixed easily and didn’t affect our stay. Only suggestion would be a couple of dressers with drawers. Honestly though we loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!

Just what we needed

This place became base camp for two sets of grandparents and my son’s family. We met there for breakfast every day, our granddaughter napped there and it was our gathering place while we explored the beach and surrounding area. We left 2 dogs alone for a few hours while we went out, and they apparently barked and disturbed our neighbors. The management was very nice and understanding. We apologized and didn’t leave the dogs alone again. There was plenty of room. The place was comfortable for two couples. We’d stay there again, without the dogs!

Long Weekend In Old Orchard

This parcel is a six-unit building that has been recently renovated. My two-bed, two-bath condo had utilitarian furniture and builder-grade fixtures. It was fine for a long weekend in Old Orchard with my dog -- and the main reason I chose this property is because they are dog friendly. Some minor maintenance will fix most of my complaints: many of the blinds are broken, including the blinds in both bedrooms. This building is on a busy street, and proper blinds are necessary. Relatedly, many of the door knobs do not function properly. The knob to the porch/deck did not lock and was loose. The doors to the primary bedroom and bathroom would shut, but the knob mechanisms were not fully secure because the doors could simply be pushed open, even when locked. The above are minor gripes and did not detract from my stay. I appreciated that property provided bar soap, dish soap, shampoo, dish washer detergent, and laundry detergent. The appliances are like-new, and the Roku TV provided all the entertainment I needed in the evenings.
