This quaint duplex on a dead-end street in Old Orchard Beach is 2 blocks from the beach!  Guests have exclusive access to the large back yard, fire pit, BBQ grill, a deck with patio furniture and an additional picnic table.  Fully featured with kitchen, dining room, airconditioned living room, first floor bedroom with queen bed, upstairs airconditioned bedroom with queen bed, pull out couch with queen bed, full bath, and laundry.  House is also a 5-minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements.

Great Place

The house was very close to the beach and the Pier all in walking distance which was great. The backyard was private and awesome. The train does run thru but offers a bit of charm. The kitchen is small but functional and the check in and check out was seamless. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing backyard - firepit, gardens, yard for games! Parking was great. The rental itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. Only downside was the close proximity to the railroad tracks and the frequency of the trains but that is not in the control of the owners and with the air conditioners & fans was not as loud. Property manager was communiciative and helpful.
