Thank you Wayne for having us stay at your very lovely home. The house was perfect and had every thing we needed. It was super clean and cozy and we enjoyed watching movies every night on the tv, as it had Hulu and Netflix. It’s close proximity to the beach and we were able to enjoy the amazing weather for memorial weekend. The owners are very friendly and nice and communicated with us very well. We absolutely loved the home and we’re already planning our next vacation. We’re very pleased. Thank you!!

Graduation weekend
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights to attend our son's graduation. Owner was easy to deal with, responsive, and accommodating. This is a newly built single story house. Appliances, dishes, BBQ grill, furniture, beds, etc. are new. Well conceptualized layout and kitchen including cookware. Very open and comfortable floor plan and furnishing's. Excellent climate control adjustable by room. Lovely fire pit and woods in back. Easy access off 195. Though on a main road and 1/4 mile from an active railway, the new windows and set back from the road kept everything quiet. Yard just seeded. anticipate grass in a couple weeks. We would stay again in a heartbeat. This is a gem.
