  • Tastefully decorated and furnished, fully remodeled, sunny and stylish, one bedroom suite located just across the street from the OOB beach. The suite has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove, kuerig, toaster and all other basic necessities for your stay. This suite sleeps 4 with a two Queen beds. Newly renovated. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!

    Please note that our property is located near train tracks - as many OOB properties on East Grand Ave. While most people accept this as part of the OOB Charm, light sleepers and families with small children should take notice.
