"The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a double queen room that was clean and spacious, with a living room, balcony and partial ocean view. Only wished the bedroom and living room were flipped so the bedroom was away from the entry and hallway noise. The hotel location is great being on the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. "

"The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. The backyard is great for a small pet, the driveway is spacious and neat. We would stay here again!"
