Check in desk is at the Alba, next door. The gentleman that checked me in was polite and friendly, and very helpful with all my questions. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bathroom was great. My friends that I was travelling with were also quiet pleased with the room, too.

Great location short walk to Victoria Square, Rundle Mall. Also bus stop right out the front. Great rooms, clean, comfortable bed. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Our second stay here and will definitely stay again.

The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play ...
