"The property was very clean and taken care of. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The environment was relaxing and kid friendly. The only negatives I have is that water pressure in the shower was very low, there was no microwave in our room so we had to go to the laundry room to heat leftovers. Everything was sooo expensive and the bed was a little hard. There was also a night we walked to a restaurant and got caught in a storm, we called to see if they could pick us up 2 miles...

"I would recommend ONLY this place to anyone staying in Key Largo! We had diving plans that were canceled, due to wind. Then our son fell ill and didn’t want to do much. It could have been a disaster, but this hotel is so conveniently located. My husband and I were able to enjoy Snook’s next door, and the evenings on the hotel property. When our son felt better, he joined us. There are lounge chairs and deck chairs out near the edge of the water, and evenings are like magic watching the sunset...

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were very impressed woth the hotel itself as well as the free breakfast. The only problem that we had was, at 2:30 in the morning, it sounded like World War 3, it sounded like someone was being thrown against the wall repeatedly. It jolted me out of sleep (I was not feeling well and it took forever to fall asheep). I went back to sleep and it happened again, i thought i was dreaming as there was noone in either room beside us....
