This is a wonderful hotel and every one from the front desk ( Bianca ) is just the sweetest thing and willing to help in anyway, the security, the maids are well mannered and helpful.

Fave spot!

Favorite spot in South Florida. Entrance to the Keys and the Everglades, plenty of stuff to do. Go West 2 hours and it's Marco Island with more stuff to do.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and the beds had a few lumps for an OK night of sleep.

Between the employees and room it was wonderful. We had first booked a room down the road and walked out winthin 30 minutes because the condition of room (dirtiness and rundown) and we found this room instantly. If we come back to this part of Florida again we would consider getting another room here. Thank you.

What is not listed in the reviews is this hotel is directly in front of a fish market. The smell after raining was absolutely nauseating we did not want to leave our room. I have never smelled something so awful. Additionally, there were people loitering outside their room smoking, barely any clothes, and being loud. I don't know who they had over but seeing a woman giggling in her underwear at 5 in the afternoon is not something I want to see on vacation or should be seen by family's with little ones. Spend the extra money and stay at a holiday inn. This place was smelly and trashy.
