"This property was exactly what we needed for one week, close to the UT campus. Everything inside is updated, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The only downside is its location to a homeless encampment a couple of blocks away. We never felt unsafe, but did not walk around at night."

"We had a nice stay. It was a great property close to the stadiums and such. The rooms do not have fans of any kind, so you may want to bring one if you have trouble sleeping without. Also, the master is on the front of the house and it can be noisy all night. The property does have a noise machine, which helps and we were able to sleep pretty well, but it was an adjustment for us, as we live out in the country and are not accustomed to city noise. The guests who stayed in the rooms to the back of the property had no issue with this. The house sleeps 9ish people, but the living room furniture seats 5, so that was also a little tricky. But, all in all, it is a wonderful property and we would stay again"

Not the most polished property so if you are looking for high end you will be underwhelmed but if you need comfortable and clean for a decent price this is a good option. Bring your own wine opener. That was one basic that all rentals should have multiple of. I would stay again but will look at other options."
