"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). "It may have been a little too small for our family of 4(maybe for a couple or family of 3 would still be doable), but it was very tight for us but we made it happen! Especially with 2 teenagers, we were breathing in each other's necks! Overall, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Tanaka-san helped us with everything we needed and beyond(luggage transfers) We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!"
