"The suite was very clean and well-equipped. We took advantage of the kitchen and laundryz Thankfully there was washing powder, which is a much-appreciated touch. Unfortunately my husband seemed to be allergic to something in the house so he was sneezing a lot a very stuffed up. It was better when the windows were open. I’m not sure what triggered it! It couldn’t have been dust or pollen this time. "

. Did this 3 times and complained toffice twice. Told to ring no. On paper.
Then i rang reception and made offical complailt after they told me to write a weiten complaint.
