Wooded Area with Neighborhood Pool. Close to UCO & Hospitals.

Big Bear Den is freshly updated and has all new stainless appliances. It's a perfect location for traveling doctors/nurses or guests to UCO. The triplex condo is in a wooded area near UCO, Integris, Mercy and OU Health with close access to I-35. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and secluded with large mature trees and a creek. It is adjacent to Kickingbird golf & pickle ball courts, Hafer Park is less than a mile away, and Arcadia Lake is only a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood pool is open during the summer months.

MAXIMUM GUESTS
Six (6) guests is the maximum number allowed at the condo.

NEIGHBORHOOD/OUTDOOR SPACE
The triplex is in a heavily wooded addition and there is a creek directly across the street in front. There is no front or back yard.

If you are needing a stay for longer than 28 days, please make an inquiry prior to booking to discuss your needs and potential additional rate discounts.

WIFI PROVIDED

DOG FRIENDLY One (1) potty-trained dog, 50lbs or less, is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required. Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dog on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended. There is no yard . You will need to leash your dog and take them to the green belt in front of the house to potty. Cats are NOT allowed.

This home was beautifully decorated, comfy and clean. The host went above and beyond providing little comforts like coffee and hot cocoa..they even had charging cords in the main bedroom! We will definitely be staying here again!

The townhome is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The soaking tub was an added plus. We were approx 10 miles from the Oklahoma City activities. Super great place

This property is amazing. It’s clean and perfectly comfortable. They’ve thought of everything you may need. The ONLY DOWNSIDE IS PARKING. The owner doesn’t want you parking in the street and 2 full size trucks will not fit in the driveway. The neighbors were not nice at all either. Like I said the property is perfect.

My daughter and I visited Edmond for a softball tournament and had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was perfect. Beautiful decor, clean and tidy furnishings, everything we needed was there. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, excellent water pressure in the showers, large garage, plenty of space for a family of four or five which had been our original plan, quiet street that felt very safe. Timely communication from the property manager allowed me not to even worry about the visit. Can't recommend this property enough!

Our family enjoyed the quiet setting and ample room (everyone fit around the kitchen table set for 6). The driveway is quite steep. The garage was not accessible, so you will have to park and unload at an angle!

The property was almost perfect. The only issue is the steep driveway. We were in a mini van and a small SUV, both vehicles dragged pulling up into the driveway. About 3 days in we parked the van at an angle in the driveway with the SUV at bottom of driveway as far off the street as we could get it.
