This professionally-designed, amenities-packed, spacious 3-bedroom house has excellent proximity to Downtown OKC while being tucked into the quiet historic neighborhood of Lincoln Terrace. It’s just blocks from the OK State Capitol and OU Health Sciences Center. With its prime location (just 1+ mile east of downtown), you will have easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people.

There is occasional helicopter noise from OU Medical Center.
