I tried to cancel multiple times. It was unsafe with drug addicts in the parking lot wandering around. I had to change my reservation to the Hilton. It was false advertisement on the Expedia website. Very nerve wracking and trying to change after driving for 11 hours. Not sure I will continue to use Expedia. Not worth it!

Price was excellent for a place to rest up at the halfway mark to destination. Night staff was nice and friendly. Be prepared to grab breakfast if you're looking for bacon and eggs. Would stay again just to grab a few hours of sleep.

only stayed for one night. as soon as we got in saw a cockroach on the wall, killed it, not even a hour later we saw a flying cockroach, wanted to leave right there but solidered it thru the night. like a mile down the road u can spend $10 more a night at a hotel alot nicer with a pool and hot tub

The hotel has a rough and not-so-great exterior, but the interior is fairly nice. Appears to have new hardwood flooring — but the carpet is either outdated or really stained, kind of hard to tell the difference. My room was both better than expected and still rather disappointing. Better than expected due to the lacking display of the outside of the property, but letdown because the room was dirty — there were markings on the wall that looked like dirt smears, sink is cracking, and, again, carpet was dirty. Breakfast was pretty limited - mini waffle maker (with syrup), bread (toaster available)(butter & grape jelly available), yogurt, biscuits and sausage gravy (which was basically empty around 8:30am) and beverage choices was coffee (with basic creamer and a bunch of different sugar substitutes options), orange juice and/or orange juice. It was a basic stay on a last minute trip - so it did the job a basic hotel should do. Staff was very nice — especially the young man at 9pm who checked me in.

My room was clean and everything worked. The tub bottom is slick and potentially dangerous, especially for seniors. VERY limited breakfast choices with juice, coffee, dry pack cereal, waffles, yogurt. Staff was nice, helpful efficient. Bed was old and way too soft for my old back.

The lock on the door was broken, the hallway always smelled like weed (even though it says no smoking), there were stains in the bathroom and in the bed. Not BAD but wouldn’t recommend

I literally canceled another hotel because of a friend's referral, and without a doubt I'm definitely staying again. Tish (I may have misspelled that) was extremely helpful and my son enjoyed the enormous bed. We were very pleased with our stay.

I had pieces stolen off my vehicle during the last night I stayed there. The culprit was clearly identified and caught on camera but simply vanished into an adjacent low rent apartment complex. The next morning when I was loading up the truck to leave I was accosted twice in the parking lot by a vagrant bumming money and smokes.. I had to let him see that I was armed before he would leave. I have been using this hotel for 20 years when I would visit this city and never had an issue…until now. The whole neighborhood is deteriorating.

Very inconvenient to stay on the top floor with big luggages and no elevators available. This hotel looks way better in the photos, not in person. The restrooms are old, stained and overall look like a 1 star hotel. In my option, over priced. Looks like the most run down hotel in the area. So many other options available. Expected closer to what I saw in the photos. Disappointed. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The staff was friendly and the sheets looked clean.

The door knob on the bathroom was broken, the toilet seat was broken off. Apparently you can’t have any kids there, a complaint will be made. Outdated pictures. The hotel has a penetrated smoke smell. There was mold in the bedrooms.

As soon as you walk in the hotel smelled dirty and even though it’s a non smoking hotel the hotel has a penetrated smell. The hotel is outdated and nothing like the advertised pictures. Not a place a family should stay. Our room was dirty and had mold in it.

The property by the airport was fine, but over industrialized. Lots of other hotels and left the feeling the parking lot was not the safest place to leave your car. A lot can be said for a hotel based on the carpeting, and this one should have theirs replaced. The refrigerator in the room was dying and made 30 seconds of noise every 2-3 minutes. Turned on the fan to cover it up. The only curtains for the room were the sheer and the heavier ones were gone, leaving street lights illuminating the room all night. Not the worst room i've rented, but i see why it was only $50.

This is a older hotel but it's still really comfortable and close to the airport. The staff are great and they will go out of their way to help you with anything you might need
