The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, and sugar.
Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay.
Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 pet (dogs or cats) is allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.
*Additional security measures, including identity verification and a 7 year criminal history check, may be required for reservations booked on short notice, by newly created accounts, or by accounts with no reviews.*
