"Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat."

"LOVELY stay-the proprietors Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts-we were allowed to check in early, shared an informal happy hour and they gave us a lot of local information and happenings. Janet showed a lot of personal touches to the room and it was great to have our own patio. HIGHLY recommend!"

"The hosts were very helpful and helped us plan the best activities for our stay and organise them. The view from our balcony and the shared lounge were fabulous. Food and refreshments were excellent. We would happily return if in New Zealand again and would recommend it as a great location and place to stay if asked. "Unit is fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Two lounge chairs two dining table chairs. So often there is only one and you have only the bed to sit on. Coffee machine with coffee provided and coffee plunger and coffee provided. Robes. All the extras that make a big difference. Units are a generous size and bed was comfortable. Thank you"
