"A bit of difficulty when it came to conversing in Japanese as we are foreigners but overall was a great stay with good service. The onsen experience was nice. Note that they have a curfew from 10pm to 5am as they do not have electronic key cards implemented for coming in and going out."

"温泉の湯質は妻にあって、すごくよかったです。翌日ぷりぷりつるつるでした。長岡の花火を見に行くのにちょっと距離はありますが全然問題ないかとおもいます。お料理は美味しかったです。母が80代で普段あんまりご飯食べれないのですが、口にあったらしく美味しい美味しいと言って食べてくれました。クラフトビールよかったですし、原酒もよかったです。ベットのクッションが80歳の母にすごくあっていて、朝まで眠れたって喜んでいたので、検索してうちでも買うことにしました。"

"Great location if you are planning on skiing. Cosy little hotel, alittle tired, but clean. Staff very hospitable, and pleasant,only to keen to try and help .Not a lot of English. Service was great.They pick up and drop off as required, this made it much easier to get around. Could rent skis from there, as well as pay for lift pass. Could also purchase other day tours from there. Breakfast was great."
