"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. We also went to the tea room where although the setting, view and service were great, we were served sandwiches with something similar to fake American cheese or Kraft single...

"At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated."

"We loved The Palace in Moon Beach in Okinawa! Beautiful, tropical, and right on the beach for our family of 5 to enjoy! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view! Staff were amazing, with detailed checkin and luggage right to our door! Staff even showed us all our room amenities and suggested amazing restaurants nearby! This hotel was magical and we’ll have memories for a lifetime!"
