"Stay was nice but the food selection was limited "

"All employees were great- but….when I checked in and got settled in my room, I quickly realized I had no running water! No sink, no toilet no bathtub water. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and they said it would be about 30 minutes. I had a meeting and was gone about 2 hours, when I got back to my room, still no water! Took about another 20 minutes or so. Water finally comes back on but my toilet wouldn’t flush…I walk down to the front desk as the phone did not work, they said they’ll sent someone up asap. About an hour later maintenance fixed the toilet. The next morning I found out the small coffee maker in the room did not work. Walked down to the free breakfast and grabbed a bagel and coffee. When I left the hotel for the day about an hour later, I requested my garbage get emptied and for more towels. I used most of the towels to cover the couch and chair, both were stained and pretty gross. When I returned that evening, garbage had not been changed and no new towels! The next morning I bagged up the garbage and left it outside my room. I did get a few more (3) towels when I walked down to get coffee. The bed was comfortable, the free coffee was good and the staff were all very nice. "

"This property is located within a short distance of I95 and has stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is a bare bones extended stay. The room does not have any amenities, other than towels, you must bring any necessities such as an iron, cups, utensils. "

"Our room had a mattress that was wet from urine. We had to change rooms at 11:30 pm. No credit was offered. "

"It's an exceptionally well-maintained property with lots of history and class. Many pots of flowers surround the pool that overlooks a charming lake. "

"There are some kind of chemical air freshener being pumped into the room to the point where I lost consciousness was barely get to the door and open it and call 911. I did complain to the office before I was in the room within five minutes, but there was nothing I can do since I had already checked in. The police arrange for me to go to a different hotel. I told Management about it again the next morning when I checked out and they were completely unconcerned. "

"If you are a fisherman this place is for you. Outside outlets to charge your boat batteries and a fish cleaning house. Comfortable beds and hot breakfast. If you are looking for something fancy this place is not for you. This hotel could use a major remodel. I would definitely recommend and I will be back. "
