A nice hotel located about 5mins away from the train station, great if you are using trains often. Even though it is located next to the railway track, I didn't notice any train noises. The breakfast was simple but nice, although it can get crowded at times.

Decent breakfast with good varieties, clean rooms, coin laundry, friendly staff, very fast check-in and check-out, 6 minutes walk from Shinkansen Starion, 2 minutes walk from Lawson (convenience store), close to pharmacy (day time) and plenty of restaurants nearby.. Again, very good value! Definitely I would come back.

Okayama friendly hotel.

The hotel is very convenient for travelers who use the railways as their mode of transport. The rooms are well maintained and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK depending on what time you got there. On the whole I would recommend the Toyoko hotels.

Okoyama is very friendly town. Hotel is very close to Okayama station. Many chances to find good foods, shops and restaurants. The best breakfest during our 2 - weeks journey in the Japan cities and islands. Very good also cleanless and personal service.

スタッフは素晴らしいです。 客層のマナーが低く、朝食バイキングでは、持っていたおしぼりで注ぎ口を拭かれたので、 怖くなって飲み物を飲めませんでした。 また、ウォーターサーバーからペットボトルに入れてる方もいて、気持ち悪いです。この件は朝食会場のキッチンスタッフの方にすぐ言いましたが 対応してくれませんでしたので、ペットボトルへの移し替えは引き続き行われていました。 食事は朝9時まで提供されるも、補充などはなく、遅く行けば選択肢は無くなり食べるものがありません。
