"Jen was a fantastic host. Communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Cabin had everything we needed with easy access to the Chippewa Flowage. Super close to Deerfoot resort for a quick drink or meal. Highly recommend."

"Loved our stay here! This sweet cottage’s backdoor is just few short steps to the lake’s edge and beautiful long pier with a sweet bench. This is a beautiful lake! The many cottage windows keeps the view a sweet one. The back enclosed porch is so comfortable with the most beautiful view. Even from the main bedroom, you can see the lake, from bed! The area provides so many waterfront places / restaurants to check out with awesome food. Highly recommend this clean, well thought out, comfortable rental with an attentive owner."

"This property is all about location and ambience. Location on the massive lake with dozens of islands and miles of shoreline. That are wooded and wild in appearance. This lake held the world-record Muskie catch for decades and is the top choice for fishermen. The cabin is a hundred-year-old bar teeming with fish mounts and memorabilia from its time. The conversion to a cabin rental was made without much alteration from its forest camp past. For instance, the downstairs bedroom is just a curtained-off area of what was once the Bar's dance floor. The stairs upstairs are creaky and steep, like up to Grandma's attic type. However rough the place is functional for people not needing hygenic and modern. Air conditioners are new, and the two large plasma TVs have amazing picture quality and a huge number of channels. So on a rainy day in which we unfortunately had several, there are entertainment options aplenty. Gary is helpful and easy to deal with, and his pontoon for rent makes for comfort on the water for the whole group."

"My husband and I just returned from our 5 day stay. We had absolutely wonderful stay! Rolf and Jackie were excellent hosts and quick to answer any questions we may have had. The cabin was very clean with rustic interior. The location was perfect for us with my husband catching fish right from the dock. We will be returning next year!"

"Great cabin and wonderful host. Everything was perfect from location to all amenities listed in the vbro. Host was very responsive to our questions as well as to giving great suggestion of things to do and places to have a great meal. Weather for us was a little disappointing but we were there for relaxation and time away which we had. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need or you forgot to bring. Great place to stay, right on the water caught a few small ones. If you are looking for a great place on the water stop scrolling this is the one. Thanks Liz for everything, you are by far the best host ever."
