"We stayed here the night we landed in Japan. Really handy to the airport and the staff were great. Had a lovely time in the onsen in the morning before heading off to Tokyo. Waking up to all the mature trees was a great bonus. Parts of the hotel seemed fairly tired but nothing that worried us. "

"It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend. "

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."

"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "
