Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We finally got a room at 4:45, knowing we had to get ready for the bus trip to the stadium at 5 PM. The elevators are in poor shape and very slow. The workers tried to be helpful, but they were clearly out of their control zone. I would never go again.

Check in is at 3. I got there at 4 and they had to call housekeeping to make sure there was a room ready…?? Luckily there was exactly 1 but it had no pillowcases or towels. Then, there card maker was broken so the manager had to go to everyone’s room and unlock it for them.
