"Check in is at 3. I got there at 4 and they had to call housekeeping to make sure there was a room ready…?? Luckily there was exactly 1 but it had no pillowcases or towels. Then, there card maker was broken so the manager had to go to everyone’s room and unlock it for them. "

"Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We finally got a room at 4:45, knowing we had to get ready for the bus trip to the stadium at 5 PM. The elevators are in poor shape and very slow. The workers tried to be helpful, but they were clearly out of their control zone. I would never go again."

"Glad we were only in the room for one night… the bed was uncomfortable, rolled into the middle, the switch plates were all messed up, electric exposed in the bathroom, no coffee provided had to go to the front desk. Minor inconveniences but was there for a staycation/anniversary so wanted it to feel a little less “inconvenient” and clean/comfortable."

"TERRIBLE doesn't even describe it fully!!! Took forever to check in and I'm assuming the guy was the owner. Wasn't friendly at all. Room was disgusting! Smelled of smoke, cheap little microwave timer was flashing, alarm clock was flashing, phone was flashing like it had a msg. Mattress had a.bunch of nasty yellow stains!! Just horrible!!! Oh the breakfast was a JOKE!!! Cheerios or frosted flakes, toast or prepackaged blue berry muffins."
