"Our stay was okay overall. What made our stay just "okay" was the fact that we had to get our keys re-scanned almost daily. Nothing worse than getting all the way up to our rooms after a long day only to find that our keys didnt work. That was ridiculous. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Both rooms that were assigned to me had mold and were leaking from the ceiling, making them unacceptable to stay in.
The room also had blood stains on both the bed sheets and the mattress, which was very concerning. In addition, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival.
