The first room we were sent to was a little dirty and the front desk quickly took care of the issue. When we returned to the front, the attendant informed us the he had upgraded us to an inside suite room with a king bed. As it was just me and my two young children, we were happy with the outcome! My children loved the ice-cold pool and the miniature golf course. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, but they had Froot Loops so the kids were happy! The hotel overall could use some updates, but for one night, it was fine.

To be transparent, we just needed a place to sleep at night & stay within budget. The staff was very friendly. & the INSIDE of the hotel looked clean. Our rooms where located on the outside of the hotel. So thats all i can really speak on. Our room was small. Our beds were not queen, they were full size. They brought us a crib, which was convenient. Our infant crawled once on the floor, when we picked her up her hands & legs where dirty dirty. Our bathroom looked picked up, but the floor was sticky, & smelled of urine. It looked like it hadnt been swept or mopped in weeks. Ceiling was missing above the shower head. Shower wall had not been cleaned. Pillows are awful. Very small like the pictures.bring your own from home. The extra lock on the door was missing, so our toddler could open the door whenever, even if we locked the door. We ended up putting the extra chairs infront of door since noone came to fix it. Parking lot was always busy, but there is a club inside the hotel so come morning there was aton of parking. Swimming pool was freezing, hot tub was not open. Breakfast was minimum. Eggs bacon yogurt waffles cereal toast juice & coffee. Bring your own water bottles. Also recommend bringing your own towels. The last night they ran out of towels & had to wait on the dryer for them to bring us some. You definitely get what you pay for. Next time, we will probably spend a little more for something cleaner. Location was convenient.

There was roaches in our room, we stayed for 3 nights and they never came to clean the room even when twice to the front desk to ask for the housekeeper, no clean towels, everything was out of service, hot tub was dirty and really cold! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES ALL OVER YOUR BAGS!!!

There was no parking spaces close to our room because looks like people were having parties. People would hang out outside in the walkway and you can hear all their conversations and made me think they could hear us too so felt like no privacy. TV was not working so I called management to fix it and he was unable to so we had no tv. Area definitely looked like a hangout for problematic gatherings.
