"Everything here is wonderful, especially the warm friendly, English speaking staff. It's right on the beach, great bar upstairs with awesome live music. The only drawback maybe that it's 5-10 minutes cab for about 100-200 UAH to the city center depending on where you want to go or a nice 30 minute walk? I highly recommend M-1 Club Hotel. If you don't like a little noise from the music at the Prosecco Bar on the 6th floor than I would recommend staying on the 4th floor or a lower level, or just...

"A pleasant hotel to stay at. Only open 3 months now. Rooms a a little small yet that is to be expected at most European hotels. According to hotels.com site on this hotel there was suppose to be free bottled water yet the front desk says they do not offer this. It was even listed on the hotels website yet still not offered. "The hotel is in the middle of something close to a cross between a theme park and a clubbing centre - it is incredibly noisy and crowded all day and until late at night. There are, according to the hotel, no quiet rooms, because they are surrounded by this district, so there is loud 'clubbing' noise in the rooms until late at night. This means it is no place for anyone wanting to actually sleep at night, in spite of this bing expensive for the region. Additionally, there are no blackout blights...
