"The rooms were very nice. My only complaint is the pillows were flat and you only had one so you could not double up. "

"It is my go to stay in HD,"

"Check in and out was very smooth, car parking was very and the room was clean and big with great amenities."

"Very clean appartement. But note that details on hotel.com are incorrect!! There are no toiletries in the bathroom apart from hand soap and there are no oven and microwave oven in the kitchen. The photos correctly show that these are not there. "

"I stayed in Heidelberg for 6 days and this is a perfect location in between tourist and local areas. Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is in classic homey design, clean and well equipped with basic cooking equipment, also a floor fan is provided. The check-in instructions are very clear and easy, and I’m always greeted by friendly staff time to time."

"Der Gastgeber hat uns anreisen lassen damit wir ihn anrufen und er sagt das haus ist storniert.... er hat es erst mit nach Druck von der Plattform storniert! Achtung es müssen mindestens 50 Stufen gelaufen werden"
