"This is a gorgeous place to stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the property is impeccable and superbly located on the Necker a few minutes walk from the Alte Brücke. My room was a single on the top floor, small but more than adequate for a single guest, charmingly decorated, with a skylight window and a small (and useful) fridge was included. I didn’t try the breakfast but I will next trip, as I will surely return to this jewel of a hotel! "

"Historical hotel in a great location in the Altstadt. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has great regional offerings. Please note, some of the rooms only have a window to an indoor hallway and not the outdoors. I apparently unknowingly signed up for such a room. When I raised it with hotel staff, they quickly gave me a different room with windows to the outdoors. However, I was lucky they had such a room available as the hotel is very popular."

The convenient Frankfurt Airport bus operated by Lufthansa stops at the Hilton, a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are bright and recently renovated. "Being right in-front of the church in the old town square was great. Makes wondering around convenient and you feel you can see more as you are nearly always walking distance. The on-site restaurant had wonderful food, and the selection of beer and wine rounded out the evening. I have to say the staff was remarkable. Always so much fun having conversations about how they go through life and to see their impressions of America. Would highly recommend as the place to stay."

"Located nicely not far from the train station, we were able to store our luggage before official check-in and when the check in was done, it was a self check in, which was very smooth. Easy walk down a boulevard full of shops and restaurants to get to Old Town, and not much farther for the Castle. "It was a very pleasant stay. The shower pressure was good, bed was soft and location is great. Small room, but I want planning to be there for anything other than sleeping. Only downside is parking is charged daily, and not included by the hotel. So if you bring your own car, this is an extra cost to consider. For breakfast, I ate somewhere else as my schedule dictated, but the dining area and food presentation looked nice. Will definitely stay here again "
