The private balcony and beach access are just a few of the highlights of this property. You'll also appreciate the spacious layout and private garage.
This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a propane grill on the balcony, and a washer and dryer in the unit. You'll also love the convenient location - just walk or bike to some of the best restaurants and attractions in town.

Surfer and Ocean Lovers Paradise! South Oceanside — or as the locals lovingly refer to it, South O — is a neighborhood that’s known for its deep roots and authentic personality. The charming business district has recently undergone a revitalization, sporting new restaurants, collaborative artisan retail spaces, and nightly entertainment. Outside of the main business corridor, the South O neighborhood touts a beautiful beach, retro bowling alley, freshwater lagoon, and nature center; perfect for family-friendly adventures.
E-Bike Rentals: Search "Mostly e-bikes" on Wisconsin. It's down the street and electric bikes are the most popular form of transportation in North County San Diego. Rent for duration of your trip and store them in the garage!

- Chairs and items stored in the deck box on the cement patios may be used by our guests.
- Please remember to conserve our sand.
- Please use buckets provided to rinse sand off your feet.
- No kiddy pools allowed on the sand area.
- No fires or fire pits are allowed.
- No tents or E-Z up tents are allowed on the sand area. Beach umbrellas are fine.
- No glass containers are allowed on the sand area.
- No pets allowed on private beach.

Labor Day surfing trip
Location is perfect for kids. Beach access easy. House was perfect for 6 of us, 3 kids, 3 adults. Had groceries delivered & the house had ever we needed. We’ll be back.

First time visiting Oceanside and we chose the right place to stay. More than enough room, a clean property and a private beach. Loved listening to waves during the day and during the night. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets available from the comfort of your very own patio.

Fall asleep to the sound of waves
The veiw was lovely. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was heavenly. The square footage of the place and the size and space in the bedrooms was good.
The previous renter had a dog "Gucci" that had peed on the carpet by the back door, obviously slept in a twin bed that wasn't changed, and lefts it's gold cahin collar in the couch cushions. So, that wasn't ideal.
The kitchen could use some upgrades. The refrigerator froze our food (we have to bring a lot of food for health reasons), one burner on the stove didn't work, the faucet was stuck in place. It could use a strainer, can opener, trash bags, and a few little things like that.
The rest of the house was good! The beds are very comfortable. The comforters and pillows were clean and comfy. There were plenty of towels for both beach and bath.
We don't usually contact the host, but this time we did, and he was very responsive and kind.
It was worth sleeping, in a new found deep dimension, to the sound of those waves! I miss those!!
