Northcoast Village Beautiful Penthouse w/ large rooftop deck and VIEWS!

Beautifully upgraded Penthouse end unit with breathtaking views of the pier and ocean in front. Wrap around roof top deck off of the master bedroom with a table and chairs for 6, a table and chairs for 2 on the pier side and 2 chaise lounge chairs. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and dishes with dining room table, downstairs bedroom is equipped with 1 full bed and 1 twin and and living room has a pull out couch. All linens are provided. There is a lower deck with ocean and lush views of the property and pool below. There are beach chairs and accessories available for guests to use as well. There are washer/dryer amenities in the Laundry areas on site, making it easy to do several loads at a time if needed. There is also a weight gym and cardio gym with a clubhouse for pool, ping pong or relaxing as well as several putting greens on site. This property is located on the beach and adjacent to the start of the strand, where bikes, skateboards and walkers are found. There are new beach bathrooms and amenities that have been added in the last year as well as many restaurants and shops that are walking distance to the harbor, pier and Downtown Oceanside. Legoland, Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Padres, Camp Pendelton, Carlsbad outlets, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are all less than 60 miles away. Truly a great spot!

Perfect Beach Location

My husband, daughter, and I loved this accommodation. We could walk to the beach, enjoy the rooftop deck, and relax. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. We had a great time at this Oceanside getaway.

Great Spring Break with famiy

We loved staying at North Coast Village and our condo was amazing(C311) had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the space worked perfect for my family with an upstairs suite for my wife and I. We will be back again this summer!

Perfect for the weekend!

Great condo at Oceanside! We had all the amenities that we needed. plenty of dishes, bedding, blankets, pillows, fans, we also had access to beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back.

Beautiful condo!

Owners did a great job on this remodeled condo. Love the closed off bedroom upstairs. Plenty of towels and bedding. Comfortable bed and pillows. We have stayed at many North Coast Village condos over 23 years and this is the best!

Beautiful perfect

We brought our family of 5 into town for a soccer showcase and this was the perfect spot to relax and recharge between games. We all had our own comfortable space. The space was clean, plenty of cooking accessories and the views was perfection to wake up to. There was meant of activities for the kids to entertain themselves as well. We will be back!

Great location! Wonderful stay!

The property was wonderful, fantastic views of the beach and the ocean. Looking down, it's right over the hot tub. The condo is set up well, it's clean and comfortable. Would stay here again! The hosts were great too - we asked if we could stay an extra couple of days (obviously paying for them). Since they were open they facilitated that! It was fantastic!

Oceanside Spring Break

We spent six days in Oceanside at this property. Loved it! The condo was supplied with everything we need and nicely updated. Everything was super clean and so very comfortable. Great sunset view from the deck.

Great place to stay. The views were amazing and the location was great. We loved walking to the harbor for coffee/breakfast in the mornings and drinks/dinner in the evenings. My 4 year old loved the pool and hot tub at the property. Wife and I enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony and surfers every day. Spent days at the beach which was right there, and at Legoland and San Diego, which were short drives. Short walk down the beach to the pier where we saw seals and dolphins.

Great location, beautiful property, excellent on-site helpful security staff. This unit conveniently located to pool, hot tub, elevator, trash and recycling. We have stayed in many very good VRBO properties and this unit was 10 for being soooo well stocked in every way. One bedroom down and one up gave privacy.. Balcony views stunning. Appreciated quick replies from host and property manager..

Amazing place in Oceanside

We came to Oceanside to visit our son who is in the Marine Corps & stationed in Oceanside. The unit was absolutely perfect! The beds were comfortable, the unit was very spacious & the sunsets from the roof top are gorgeous! The hot tub, pool & Koi pond in the complex are added bonuses! We would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our trip with our son so memorable!

Great property

My family enjoyed staying at this property. Proximity to the beach was great, the views were incredible, the unit was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need! The wagon was so helpful in bringing up our belongings and groceries on the first day. Communication and check in was a breeze. Our only concern was with some of the people within the complex and outside of the complex. But as far as the unit, management, and location go, it was great!

Labor Day Weekend 2023

The complex and specific unit both exceeded beyond expectations. The unit was fully equipped and super clean. The 2nd patio off the master bedroom was amazing. Does not have AC unit but it had multiple fans and with the windows open it helped. The only downside was not having a laundry within the unit but the complex did. The complex had plenty of amenities to enjoy especially with young kids. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay and would book again in the future.

We love NCV. The unit was great for our family of 4. The primary bedroom deck has a great view (the weather didn't allow any great sunsets, however). Proximity to the pool and hot tub were great. Having a putt-putt set for our young kids was fantastic for the putting greens. Coffee pot and Keurig (with KCups offered) was great to have available. The unit had a wagon, boggie/skim boards, cooler, and beach umbrella. Didn't have any beach toys we could find, but we bought some and left behind. We will look to rent this unit again! NOTE: Primary bedroom bathroom shower/bath drains very slowly. Some of the deck items were rusty and worn.

Convenient Luxury

We have stayed at many north coast village units and this is the best unit we have experienced. Some highlights: 1. They have a wagon to haul the beach equipment. 2. They have the Tommy Bahama beach chairs a umbrella, and a cooler to pack snacks and drinks to the beach. 3. Boogie boards are in good shape 4. Convenient access to the elevator to get to the street then onto the beach. 5. Great breeze from the ocean in the upper level 6. Outdoor furniture included a table and chair set, two loungers and a sofa. 7. Spectacular views of the beach in front of the complex and South to the pier. A previous review stated they had ants. We did not see any ants in this unit. We would stay here again on a future visit!

Great place with a few unfortunate shortcomings

The location of the condo is wonderful! Gorgeous views! We did run into a few challenges. I am going to preface the subsequent information with the fact that the owner was very responsive and wanted to do whatever needed to try to make it right. Unfortunately, our vacation schedule did not allow for this. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. Owner conveyed that the prior owner cleaned the dishes and put them away themselves so this was missed by the cleaning crew. The master bath shower did not drain well at all. 2 minutes into the shower your feet are taking a bath. There were vertical blinds missing from the downstairs bedroom, allowing lots of light from the pool area into the bedroom, making it hard for the kids to sleep. The refrigerator beeped any time you tried to get water from it, saying it needed the filter replaced. Aside from these challenges the stay was nice!

Really nice condo in a great resort with awesome views. Easy access to things in town and pretty private beaches. Condo had everything we needed except surf boards! Host is responsive and checkin is easy and parking is secure.

Fantastic place with great views of the beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this place again. Condo was great and the whole facility had a lot of great things to offer. This place had everything you need for the week.

This location was excellent for what we needed. The condo has an awesome view from the master bedroom. Was very comfortable and there is a lot to do on the property. Very short walk to beach.
