    IDEAL location - The best of both worlds. You are on the border of Carlsbad, close to all the amazing downtown restaurants and entertainment. You are also close to Oceanside Strand, Pier and Harbor, but without the noise and congestion. Right outside the unit is direct access to a great beach. There are so many places to explore by foot or bike. You don't ever have to leave your little bubble at the beach. If you wanted to take a ride down to other parts of San Diego the train station is right there. Legoland, Carlsbad Outlets, Flower Fields, Golf Resorts and Del Mar Race Track are just minutes in the car. There are always local events, surf contests, concerts, art walks and a farmers market every Thursday. Nightlife is fun, too, with great wine bars, breweries and a wide range of food at one of the many amazing local restaurants nearby. See our list of favorites in the house manual. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with such cute, unique pieces. The sunroom was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out! Our host was very responsive when we requested items (2 nd key/sponge). The parking is safe and secure and fit both of our small SUV’s just fine. This is definitely one of our favorites so far! It was a great Mother/Daughter stay!

My husband and I booked this property for a last minute get away for our anniversary. We booked our trip for 6 nights and we did not want to leave by the end of it. We started with awe as soon as we walked in. This is not like any rental we have stayed in before. The details of design were stellar. A mix of coastal, colonial and luxury. There was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us which was such a nice unexpected gift. As you start to tour the home you realize the unit is much more spacious than expected. The master suite was so romantically done. 😍 Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing was a dream. We have never slept so peacefully. Now for the patio! We spent most of our time on the enclosed extension. We would start our day by having coffee on the high chairs watching the early morning surfers! We ended up staying in to cook most of our meals! The picnic style bench on the patio was a perfect setting with ocean views as the backdrop and we appreciated the intimate meals way more than going out. After we would eat or come back from exploring we would lay on the amazing day bed on the patio! Perfection! The large windows all open fully which allow for all the fresh sea breeze. 😍 The location was a little further from downtown Oceanside but we preferred it that way! Highly recommend walking to Buccaneers for a coffee and Loco Mocos! We also tried Harbor Fish and Chips which had the crispiest fish and chips, fish tacos and homemade clam chowder.

Weve have stayed in 6 other properties in OC in the past years to celebrate birthdays and spring break. This condo was by far the most amazing! Every single detail is in check and it is bearuiful and comfortable! It took all the votes for the best place we have stayed out of all of them. The condo was stunning, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything one would need, and with amazing views. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable for our family get-together. One piece of feedback is that instructions on operating the tv and what streaming is available (or not) would be helpful to include in the binder. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! Thank you!

The property decor was lovely….getting into the property was a nightmare…after driving 6 hours it took 20 minutes to enter due to a faulty lockbox…with the amount paid you would think replacing the lockbox would be a small cost to give the customer a good first impression…also it is more than 20 steps to the sand, more like 200 steps…this “20 steps” gave a false impression of closeness to beach…moreover no one mentions the boulders to be climbed to access the beach.

Love the south Oceanside location. It's less hectic than the pier and harbor area, more a locals vibe. Still walking distance to cool coffee shops, restaurants etc. It's fun to walk to the beach & watch the sunset. The rooftop enclosed porch with the lifeguard chairs to watch the ocean was our favorite part. If the host had some games there for groups to play that would be fantastic. Well stocked kitchen. The underground parking garage is so convenient. Comfy beds.

Beach Perfection

This location is perfect - literally steps away from the beach. The view from the house cannot be beat! The unit is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!
