Luxury Breakwater Beach Pad D110

The Breakwater Beach Pad combines luxury, convenience, and location. Relax while watching the waves break or enjoy the many amenities of North Coast Village that are surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. This is a studio (no separate bedroom) condo with the finest features and new contemporary furnishings. These features include: Samsung HDTV, Wireless Internet Connection throughout the condo, community, and beach, a wall mounted LED color changing fireplace, two ceiling fans (No AC- portable available), Fisher Paykel Two-Drawer Dishwasher and Refrigerator with a wine rack, Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Oven/Steamer/Microwave (not a full sized oven), a spa-like bathroom with towel warmer, a custom wall bed with a high end memory foam mattress that can be stored easily away for extra living space, a pull-out sofa to accommodate two additional guests, an ottoman that pulls out to a small bed, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view with a breeze! Once you have stepped onto the grounds of North Coast Village you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and  a large Koi ponds. There is a Recreational Room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. There is a small putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room. If you take a few more steps you will find yourself on the white sandy shores of Breakwater Beach.  There is a lot to see and do within walking distance but please browse our website to discover all that Oceanside and San Diego have to offer. PLEASE NOTE: North Coast Village is a smoke free community and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

We loved this little apartment. It’s location is absolutely the best part. The amenities are a plus but we didn’t have time to enjoy them. If we find ourselves in OSide again, we will rebook for sure

Communication was great! My Husband & I needed a weekend away and this condo was everything we were looking for! The property was so clean & steps from the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated & equipped for all needs. Took the comfy beach chairs provided & the Murphy bed was very comfortable! We’ll re visit again!

A perfect location and a lovely condo

This unit is perfect for a couple. The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach and all that Oceanside offers, while being away from the crowds of the pier area. The condo was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The owner always responded to our messages within a short time. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend! Loved the condo (couch and mattress could use an upgrade) Unfortunately the elevators were out of service. The upgrades in the condo are very nice and tasteful! For the most part things were great!

Stunning property with amazing amenities

The property itself is almost as beautiful as the beach it sits next to! Very impressed with the grounds, amenities, staff, and proximity to the beach. The condo comfortably slept 2 adults, 2 kids and had everything we could think to need - and then some. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect ocean get away

We have stayed at this condo in the past & it has been updated. Just the right size for two people. The view is terrific & the location is close to the sand. The interior is bright & inviting. We can walk to restaurants & the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice updated condo

It took us a minute to locate the elevator which was helpful when hauling suitcases to the room. Loves the view from the room and the balcony. Furniture was nice too. The balcony faces the street so some slight noise comes from there but not bad. The view and updated room was nice. The Murphy bed was also surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Just right!

For the two of us, this studio was perfect! The murphy bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, same with the bathroom. We loved sitting on the balcony with our view of the beach and ocean. Parking was simple and convenient. Thanks Brooke!

AMAZING!!!

I cannot express enough just how wonderful this condo was. Absolutely perfect for two people just trying to get away for a little while. Everything from the incredibly short walk to the beach, the amazing hospitality and problem solving of the host, the amenities in the condo and in the facilities, the shops and restaurants near by, the view of the ocean and beach from the room, ALL OF IT. Breakwater Beach Pad was beautiful and better even than I expected! The condo had everything we needed and was very family friendly. My kids enjoyed the sand toys and the 3D movies, and my husband and I enjoyed the beach chairs and the views!! It was very clean and very comfortable. Everyone in the complex and in the area was very nice and friendly. The grounds of the complex were beautiful and the beach is so convenient and clean. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

The condo is located in a beautiful and well kept community. The complex is gated and secure. The condo itself was spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Sitting out on the balcony is a great place to soak up the sounds of the waves and feel the breeze. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool and spa. I would have preferred the assigned parking spot to be one level up to be closer to the condo. I liked the proximity to the marina and the restaurants. I definitely recommend D110!

Beach Pad was GREAT!

North Coast Village Breakwater Beach Pad Linda, my partner, and I had a wonderful month at the NCV Breakwater Beach Pad. The pictures, and descriptions, in the Vrbo ad we first saw were quite accurate. The efficiency has a great balcony with a beautiful view. The interior is up-to-date with lots of tile. It’s a super place to just relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf. Brooke, our host, was probably the best property manager of the many Verbo places we have stayed. Any little thing we mentioned was taken care of almost immediately, usually the same day. Linda and I both highly recommend this place!
