Driftwood Dream Cottage: A12 at North Coast Village

This 2 BR, 2 BA luxury cottage unit on one floor has an ocean view from the balcony, and is just steps away from the beach. The unit boosts custom cabinets, granite counters with stone backsplash, stainless appliances, wood-look porcelain tile floors, upgraded carpet, furniture, and bedding. It is gorgeous! The living room boasts a 65 in Samsung Smart TV. The bathrooms have travertine stone walls, counters, designer trim, and custom cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils for the chef in your party.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has just been re-done, and it is gorgeous!

Ocean View Paradise is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping pong, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with ping pong, billiards and Foosball.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Family time together before our Marines deploy

This is our 5th stay at North Coast Village and this was by far our favorite one. Location was amazing, house was well appointed with house amenities. Very cozy! This will be the one we try to rebook each time going back.

Great Oceanside stay

This was our first time in Oceanside. The weather was not the most cooperative but we had an amazing time. This condo is close to the beach, Pier and harbor. Comfort for cooking meals at home. Lovely ocean view. We enjoyed being able to use the a building pool as it was a bit sunnier.

Great Stay! You can see the ocean from the balcony!

This is a great place to stay. Everything went well. It was a bit noisy on that main street but the proximity to the beach makes up for it.

Great location!

Being able to stay walking distance to the beach made it easy and convenient with small children. This is a beautiful unit and our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own tv in their room. Beautiful, lush landscaping throughout! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was kind of a pain just because we had to go to a different building and get our keys. We were traveling with little ones so they were restless. Everything else was great. Super short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Steps to the Ocean

Beautiful, full kitchen, filled with light condo. We enjoyed a 10 week stay with easy access to the pier, harbor and farmers/ sunset markets. We barely scratched the surface of things to do. So we will be back next year.

Very Comfortable Stay

This place was great for my family. Awesome kitchen that was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The living space was comfortable with a couch and four comfortable chairs. There is a deck with 4 chairs and you can see the ocean on the other side. Parking and accessing the unit was easy. We used the pool, jacuzzi and laundry room. I’d stay here again.

Super clean and comfortable

Visiting my daughter stationed at Camp Pendleton. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool or hot tub but the place was very comfortable, extremely clear, and well stocked with the basics (towels, fans, kitchen, etc.) The road noise is pretty intense at times but I knew that going into it. With windows and doors shut it wasn’t bad. Close to base and beach. I enjoy walking and didn’t mind the half mile stroll to the main drag (restaurants, shops). I’d do it again.

Although the check in instructions were concise, it was annunusual check in experience. The location couldnt be much better for a get away, with beautiful views and easy a short walk to the beach. We were entertained with ping pong and the pool tables. We found ourselves needing to unexpectedly extend our stay one day; we were fortunate enough to make quick contact and were able to extend our stay (so much better than having to stay in a hotel).I recommend staying this stay to anyone and hope to go back.

The outside was beautiful, the inside was nice. It just has sand on the floors. The biggest problem was it did not have air conditioning and it was miserable at night trying to sleep. That’s a very expensive place to stay in to feel miserable and sweating.

This was our first time visiting the area so we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel just like home. My teens were impressed with the facility from the swimming pool to the koi pond. It had a tropical feel with all the lush plants. Loved that I could hear and see the ocean from the balcony of our room. We enjoyed the Thursday farmers market, local food, music, and shopping.One thing that was a little tricky was the parking. Very small space with pillars that took a little extra care pulling in. I was happy to have parking so that was not even a big deal. With everything we needed so close, there was no need to take our vehicle out the enter stay. Not one complaint, we had a great stay and spent lots of time at the beach. Thank you!
