The apartment was great! Very clean, roomy and comfortable & the property is in a great location. Checkin was not as expected. Thought we had an ocean view but told I had booked city view. Then I was asked for my email confirming OV I received no less than 10 emails regarding my booking & not a single one mentioned what type of view the room was to have. I know I saw “Oceanview” when booked, I just couldn’t show proof. Our “city” view from the balcony overlooked valet checkin driveway, the living room view was a parking lot & parking structure. Did not appreciate the “shuffle” from checkin desk to concierge desk for wristbands & timeshare info etc. I did express that we have absolutely no interest in owning a timeshare.
