I loved the location and the amenities.

I loved the location and the amenities. This place is within walking distance of the beach and has a great pool and hot tub. The hosts were very welcoming and had a gift basket for us upon arrival. The unit had everything we could possibly need. It was a lovely stay.

Great weekend escape

This was a great weekend escape for our family of eight. There was so much room, and everything was well maintained and clean. You CANNOT beat this location. It was perfect and had so much to do that we will need to come back to utilize all the fun! The kids keep asking when we are going back! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful development right on the beach

Beautiful development right on the beach with gorgeous, lush gardens (“Hawaii style”), large resort-style pool and hot tub zone. Unit was unique in that it has 2 “adult” type rooms plus a bunk room with 6 twin beds. Perfect for two small families! All the beach toys. Great stay!

Nice condo right on the beach

The property is a quick walk to the beach as well as a short walk to restaurants and a boardwalk. No grocery stores walking distance but not far by car. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and access to the beach.

Beautiful!

Beautiful place. The condo was roomy we had 6 in our group. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Beautiful views. Easy access to the beach and great location. The staff was so welcoming and everyone we encountered were friendly. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location!

We love North Coast Village! The location of this condo was great- we had a view of the ocean and beautiful gardens, and it was a short walk down to the beach. The three bedrooms were spacious enough for all our group. The weather was great and we enjoyed our trip. Definitely would recommend!

Mini getaway

This was a last minute mini getaway. Our first time venturing to Oceanside. The location is great, check in was smooth. grounds are beautiful, tropical feel. Streams, mini water falls, koy fish ponds, serene ducks. Beach was clean, soft sand, well maintained restrooms and showers. Family friendly, definitely recommend and will return.

Great Unit for Families

This was a great unit for our family at North Coast Village. We love staying at North Coast Village in Oceanside, and this unit was perfect with the bunk beds allowing each of our kids to have a separate bed. The pool and the grounds are wonderful as well as having the beach right there.

Awesome place for our family

Awesome stay for our family of 7 with 5 kids ages ranging from 3 to 15. Perfect location for us. Right on a great beach and the condo had everything we needed for beach days including the boogie boards, sand toys, pool toys, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers etc. The convenience of not having to pack or buy any of that was a major plus for us. We loved the upper balcony for dining with views of the ocean, the pool, hot tub, koi fish, and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the other amenities on site. We appreciated that the bedding was duvets for a cleaner feel. This place is a gem. We would love to go back!

Perfect for our group!

We have stayed at North Coast Village several times but we needed a larger condo to accommodate 2 families. This one worked perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean and the beautiful grounds at NCV!!

Excellent Accommodations

Wonderful condo unit, very spacious and comfortable. Offered plenty of amenities. We loved the large outdoor heated swimming pool and the extra large hot tub. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lovely Christmas lights all over. There is security walking around in the evening, very helpful with questions and made us feel safe. We used the outdoor grill 2x, very convenient for grilling burgers and chicken. This condo is right o the beach, GREAT LOCATION!!!!

Great stay

Our family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) had a great stay. Condo was clean and functional and communication with owner was easy. Check-in was a *bit* difficult, because the "guest" parking lot was not marked and the check-in guard shack was entirely hidden by foliage. But, otherwise, condo was great, communication was good, and property and location fit the the bill.

Great time

My family of 6 (4 kids) and my parents had a great time at this property. We love, love this HOA and are always excited when there's an opening in one of the buildings. We utilize the putting green, the foosball table and the BBQ and swimming pool in the common areas. Being able to walk to the beach is a huge plus, and a short drive to Legoland are what we love most. The unit itself was good too. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. I was satisfied with the cleanliness! Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent!

The location of the property is ideal! We traveled with a group of 8 (2 were our 76 year old mothers) to visit our sons. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fact that we could cook instead of eating out every night. We were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The washer and dryer we a huge bonus to us also as we had our 15 month old granddaughter visit as well as traveling with special needs children. There is always laundry when you combine that many people. The security of the property was exceptional!

Perfect stay

Our stay in Oceanside was perfect. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Actually the facility was better than pictured. The gym has a cardio area and a decent weight room with a large cable set up, plenty of machines to hit whole body and dumbbells up to 50lbs. No barbells- but we didn't expect that. Beach access is super easy (both sides of the complex) and the pier is less than a mile walk from the condo complex. The pool/spa/walkways are gorgeous and really filled in with tropical plants and trees. Mighty Tree was absolutely on the ball with communication. Planning on rebooking for the exact condo again!

Communication with the property management was great

First, the communication with the property management was great. They were proactive, informative and responsive. The home was just as described. Clean, neat and had everything we needed including an ocean view! There were 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (esp the twins!) It was warm when we arrived but once we opened up the windows and ran the portable air conditioner it was quite comfortable. For us the ability to sleep with the sliding door open to hear the ocaen and take in the breeze was a nice plus! The amenities were nice and well maintained, the beack and harbor were within walking distance. No night life however. But in just nearby Carlsbad were plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream! And freeway access was close. Beware, CA traffic though! If you are looking for an affordable option for a family getaway, close to the water and local attractions, this is it!

Great Location

We had a really great time renting this condo. Even though we ran into a few hiccups, the communication with the property manager was excellent and he/she seemed to do their best to get to the bottom of our issues. Although they weren’t all resolved, he/she was so friendly and nice and that meant more to us. Pros: -location is right on the beach with two different ways to access the beach. We could see the ocean from our balconies and that wasn’t even advertised but was a huge plus! -amenities were excellent. We had fun golfing and going to the gym. We never made it to the pool because the pool was closed on the only day we could go. -so much space in the condo and all the towels, beach towels, beach toys you could need and even a wagon to pull it all. Cons: - we didn’t have any hot water our first day and night! That was a huge bummer because it was cold and we all needed showers. We communicated with the property staff but they did not get our message until the next day. To be fair, it was pretty late when we realized the hot water was out. -pool was closed for an entire day. -Carpet was SO old and stained in the main living space and would be such an easy and small area to replace.
