"Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room met all our needs. The restaurant downstairs (ELBAR) was very good. Over the course of our one week stay, we experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were excellent. The location of the hotel was also perfect and met our needs. The only negative and it was minor, was the hallway on our room floor was rather dark and dank but everything else was wonderful! Overall, great stay and we would be happy to return."

"Good size clean room, very close to shopping centre and amenities far from old town - (about 40 min walk). Safe area to hang late at night streets are wide and safe full of restaurants and coffee shops. Location wise is across stop 6 on Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus"

"The hotel's location is between the old town and the beaches, but both are a 40-minute walk away. However, it's directly opposite the museums and the city park. The hotel is actually used more by business travelers, so there's a lot of coming and going, and the staff's attentiveness isn't particularly good. The room looked clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. There was also noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The view from the terrace bar is very nice. There are many different places to eat nearby, and the prices seem reasonable."

"Very clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed in one of the smaller two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites, and it was perfect for our family of four. The suite was well equipped with all the utensils and toiletries we could possibly need. The décor is beautiful and modern, with a stylish European feel, excellent lighting, and fantastic showers. We especially appreciated the balcony, it was great for stepping outside to check the temperature before heading out for the day. The location is ideal, with easy access to both the historic city centre and the beach via local transit. It’s also within walking distance of the Aquarium, Science Centre, IMAX, shopping mall, and Gulliver Park, which made sightseeing with kids incredibly convenient."
