"What I liked about the property was the convenience of the location to the event my family & I were attending. The hotel cleanliness was great. Our room was clean except for the mental door stripping that was not properly secured to the floor and my family member hit her toe on it. I immediatly took pictures and showed the pictures of the mental door stripping to the staff. They immediately called maintenance to fix the problem. I am thankful my family member didn't have to seek medical attention after hitting that metal stripping. The continental breakfast was good and there was plenty of choices to choose from. The staff was friendly & professional. Was looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was inoperable. However, Hilton next door allowed us to use their pool that was nice. I would stay there again especially if the venue I am going to is only 6 minutes away."

"Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Our room was not clean and had a strong odor. We even bought air freshener spray, but it didn’t help. The refrigerator was also filthy. The hot tub was also out of service, and staff told us the necessary part was on the way, but it never arrived. The hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. After learning it wasn’t working, I asked if our room at least included the large jet bathtub, and I was told that it did. However, when we got to the room, it did not. I went back to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, and I was even willing to pay the additional charge, but they said no rooms with the large bathtub were available. In addition, our room appeared to be handicap accessible, as there was a shower chair in the bathroom. The window coverings were also an issue — while the sheer curtains closed completely, the solid curtains only covered half of each side, leaving the center of the window exposed. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations."
