"The refrigerator was not working upon check in and it almost felt like they didn’t believe us cause we were not given the plug in cooler to use until the last night. It was warm when we arrived, beeped every minute or two, and was flashing an error code which made us wonder if it was a known issue. There also were not check out instructions anywhere. "It is a very nice comfortable condo where the ocean and beach is very close. The two balconies make it easy to enjoy the view. We saw some gray whale activity and also enjoyed the birds, deer, and the fishing boat activity."

"The carpet was covered in stains and when we arrived there were wet stained spots in the walkway. It smelled like cleaning supplies trying to mask pet odors. We were given a blanket to act as a rug to cover the wet stains. We were given 3 towels and 3 wash clothes for 3 guests and had to exchange our 2 dirty towels before we could get the appropriate count of 3 towels.There were no cups for the coffee pot and 1 filter for 3 days. Overall, a rundown property, which I don't mind as a older ocean...

"Top 3...in terms of worst places to stay. Ever. I had to leave early because the room smelled like an old Vegas casino when they allowed smoking indoors. Stains, tears, mold, old, dusty, dirty, the list goes on. Absolutely terrible."
