Sunrise Coffee At The Beach

Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on either of two decks with unobstructed beach views. Play all day at the beach, and then in the evening enjoy a relaxing drink on the back porch overlooking the swimming pool and sound side of Ocean Isle.

This condo is fully furnished, stocked and ready for your family to enjoy a summer week, or off season getaway, at the beach. It is on the top floor of the Windjammer on the desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Elevator access gets you up to this third floor unit, and there is a direct walkway to the beach leading out of the underbuilding parking. The main floor has two bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living/dining area, and a covered deck overlooking the ocean. The upper floor has a spacious Master suite, a sunny deck overlooking the beach, and a large covered porch overlooking the sound side.

Amenities include: Private strong Wi-Fi, Cable TV's in every bedroom and the living room, DVD, Netflix and Amazon on the living room TV. Remodeled kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, D/W, double oven, MW, two coffee makers (pot and Keurig). Washer/Dryer.

Complex has large pool, elevator, direct beach access, picnic areas and grills (no private grills allowed).

Restrictions: No parking on site for boats, recreational vehicles or trailers. No pets. Maximum occupancy of 10. This is for families, not college spring break, one renter must be at least 35 years old. Sheets and bath towels are not included. you can bring your own or a contact for rental will be provided after booking. For April through September we are only accepting weekly rentals with Saturday check-in at 4 and check-out by 10.

Beautiful view

Really enjoyed the oceanfront property ,it was such a beautiful and peaceful view while sitting on the couch or in the king master bedroom upstairs. It was very spacious , nicely decorated and we enjoyed it so much, we didn’t want to leave.

Condo was very comfortable for our family of 6, ranging in ages 6-77. Beds are very comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed for the week. Views from the balconies are amazing! Great communication with the owner, too.

Nice property

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that neither sliding glass door had a screen, so there was no way to keep bugs out of you wanted the door open. Otherwise, the property was in good shape and was just what we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Oceanfront Condo!

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Coffee for our girl's weekend! The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults & we all slept comfortably. The master bed was especially comfy! The kitchen was equipped to suit our needs & the porches were a fantastic bonus. We've stayed at Windjammer before & the location can't be beat - lots of privacy & just a shory walk to the end of the island. We'd love to visit again for our next getaway!

April getaway

We really loved the place and location. We were attending a wedding at Ocean Isles so this was perfect. Two buildings away and right on the oceanfront. We were able to take beach walks, see dolphins and just relax. Linus and Jen were quick to respond to everything. What a beautiful area! Thank you!!

Fantastic beach property

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. The views from all three balconies was beautiful! Access to the beach was so easy and condo had everything we needed. We used the outdoor grills two nights as well. Highly recommend!

Great location and setup for a family holiday weekend. Views of the ocean were excellent. Further from the center of town than I expected with less amenities provided for the cost. Overall, I would stay again when in this area!

Great repeat stay

We enjoyed a great second stay here. We were in town for a family wedding at the Isles and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was still open which was really nice. Once again the unit was perfect.

BYO literally everything!

Great view and location. You will need to bring literally everything from sheets to towels to toilet paper. I didn’t expect that the place didn’t supply enough toilet paper for 3 people after 24 hours ran out. Host said for us to get our own and they only supply a starter amount. It was just my 2 adults sons and me so that’s hardly a starter set for 3 bathrooms maybe a few squares in each bath not even a whole roll just leftovers. Going to the store is a hassle because you can’t walk to one so just be prepared to bring absolutely anything you could possibly need.

Great views and spacious

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We absolutely love it. The views are fantastic. Right on the beach on lower end of Ocean Isle so it was not crowded. Plenty of room in the unit so you don’t feel like your right on top of each other. We had a family of 5 adults. This unit gives you sunrises and a view of the sunsets.

Another wonderful stay

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here, and, other than Tropical Storm Debby, everything was excellent, as usual. We decided to stay, despite the voluntary evacuation order, and the owners kept in touch with us to make sure we were safe and well prepared. We were, and had no issues at all during the storm. We love Ocean Isle and this is our first choice when we visit.

Great Location

Wonderful location. Love staying at the Windjammer. Problems checking in- Owner forgot to change code but we were able to reach him fairly quickly. Be aware that the owner does control your AC unit remotely if you do not set the thermostat where he wants it. I've never experienced that before and there were times in the afternoon the unit was warmer than we'd like it to be even with the curtains drawn and the ceiling fans running.

We loved your 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. Thank you for providing clothes hampers for each bedroom. It definitely helped climbing up the stairs with dirty laundry much easier. Also, the electric outlet extender cords in each bedroom was extra thoughtful and appreciated. Thanks for providing both a regular coffee pot and a keurig. We loved the easy keyless entry pad and not having to keep up with a key. Overall your condo was excellent and provided the space we needed to relax and enjoy the beach The back deck was a bonus and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets The only thing missing would be a full length mirror in each bedroom for us ladies to check our outfits before heading out Would love to rent from you again in the future

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful week! Location is great! We loved walking to the Turtle Talk hosted at the nearby tipsy turtle tiki hut! Condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. You can tell the owners are thoughtful with extra power strips for all your charging needs. Sunset/sunrise views from the balconies were spectacular. Already booked again for next year!
