This 5 bedroom 5 bathroom beach house is a perfect get away for a family vacation. Newly renovated kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertop. It is located in a semi-private community of Summer Place . Low traffic circle street which is perfect for kids to ride bikes or for you to enjoy short walks. It is also just a short 900 ft walk to the beach with direct beach access located at Private Drive. You are a short 1/2 mile walk to the pier, shops, putt-putt, arcade, restaurants and ice cream.
Outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off from the beach. House has a fenced in Private Pool. Heating for the pool is available during off season for an additional charge.
Linens are provided. Paper products and Towels are NOT provided.
Minimum rental age of 25.
