    Location perfection! Just a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach and a leisurely 10-minute walk to all the hotspots, including miniature golf, Sunset Slush, the new arcade, Breaker's, the pier, and Ocean Isle's Town park. Plus, enjoy the incredible weekly concerts and outdoor movies.

    Indulge in the best of both worlds with our fantastic amenities. Upstairs, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a spacious front porch, three bedrooms, and two elegantly renovated bathrooms. Meanwhile, the lower level boasts a kitchenette, two additional bathrooms, three cozy bedrooms, a dedicated lounge area, and even a foosball table for some friendly competition. Need extra sleeping space? Not a problem - we've got a comfy pullout couch too!

    We've taken care of all the details to ensure a stress-free stay. Rest easy on our brand-new, top-quality mattresses sourced from the family business. Linens, towels, beach toys, a high chair, and a pack-and-play are all provided for your convenience. And if you fancy an outdoor cookout, we've got you covered with a propane grill.

    Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with two outdoor security cameras, one at the front and one at the back, ensuring peace of mind during your entire stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was well equipped and beautifully maintained. It was convenient to the beach and the salt water pool was amazing. We had plenty of room and enjoyed having two levels to spread out. The kids enjoyed being directly on the 4th of July parade route. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was just as described. Two family rooms gave us plenty of space to spread out with the kiddos taking over the downstairs space. The outdoor spaces made for a great spot to cool off after a day at the beach with a screened in porch, saltwater pool, putting green, outdoor grill and outdoor shower. The home was fully stocked with beach chairs for 8, beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash - a huge perk that we’ve never encountered in the other houses we’ve rented on the island. Beach access was a quick walk right around the corner from the house. Julie was incredibly helpful during our stay. We could not have asked for a better space or host!

We loved everything about this place! The outdoor pool area was the biggest hit for us all, especially on the days when the ocean was way too rough for the little to get their swim in. Loved that towels and sheets were provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Ocean Isle, NC! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was well-stocked with all the essentials, making it super easy to settle in and enjoy our time. Having a private pool was such a bonus, especially after long beach days. There was also plenty of parking, which made things even more convenient for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

Our family had a great time at this property. The house and property were clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. We totally appreciated the beach chairs and towels being available for our use. The bedrooms were rather small but still suited our needs for our adults and children.

Blended Family Vacay

The house is beautifully decorated and well thought out. There were two spots to hang out and have game nights as well as ample space for people to have space and privacy when they wanted to take a break from all of the family fun. The owners are lovely and very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was beautiful. Bedrooms are spacious and two living areas allow for lots of people comfortably in the home. 2 minute walk from beach. The only thing we were surprised by was the extensive “check out” instruction list, which was the most cleaning and washing requirements we have seen on VRBO.

5 Star House with great ammenities!

We had an amazing stay at this home with our big family group, 10 adults, 3 kids, and 2 toddlers, and it couldn’t have been better. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, especially the kids, and the pool toys made it even more fun. There were multiple hangout areas, which gave the kids space to play safely while the adults could relax.The short walk to the beach was super convenient, and we really appreciated all the extras the hosts provided; beach and pool towels, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of toys. The amenities were top-notch, and the house was very well-stocked and comfortable for a large group.We would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun and stress-free beach vacation!

Overdue for beach time with the fam

We had an amazing time at OIB, and at this wonderful property! The home is perfectly set up for casual comfort, gathering and game nights, beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie board) and close proximity to all things beachy! Sand - MiniGolf - CoffeeShop - etc. LOVED THIS PLACE - my family told me it was definitely my kind of place and complimented it the whold time we were there. THANK YOU 3rd Row from the Sun!!!!

Great house! Our family has been spending a week together at an NC beach since 2018. This was our first time at Ocean Isle. We had a blast! We love this house so much we have already booked a week next year. Great location…less than 1/2 mile walk to the town park/playground. Definitely a plus—we took our grandkids each morning. Lots of restaurants right near that park. The house was a short walk from the beach. We spent mornings at the beach (low tide) and afternoons at the pool. The house is equipped with 8 nice Shibumi brand chairs, oodles of beach towels, and lots of pool and beach toys. I also appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Nicely remodeled. 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Really nothing that I felt was missing or wished I had. My husband and I along with our two grown kids & their spouses plus our 3 grandkids (ages 11, 8, & 3) were very comfortable in the house. Three bedrooms on main floor: primary bedroom and private bath; two bedrooms each with a queen bed—share a full bath. Lower floor has three bedrooms—one queen with a private bath; a bunkbed room and a queen bedroom share a bath.

We had a great week. The house is a great fit for our family as our grandkids grow. The pool area was great with the putting green, grill, the size of the pool and plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped. The unit was well stocked. Also a plus is the proximity to the beach access, we had family members walk back from the beach without any issues. We will definitely be looking to book for next year.

The house was perfect for our group and we were so happy with the proximity to the beach! It was a 2 minute walk and easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We loved the pool and spent lots of time there. The home had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was also a short walk to the main area of town and we appreciated being about to get to the park, pier, etc so quickly. We highly recommend this property!

Great property to stay for a beach vacation very short walk to the beach, also has a clean pool.Julie offers many items that are never included with any rentals we have had in the past, no need to bring beach towels or bath towels, or even soap or shampoo it’s supplied. The best when packing leave the beach chairs at home because there’s 10 for your use.

House and the backyard pool area are great. Everything was well thought out and in great condition. We appreciate the amenities, especially since driving from out of state—beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys & shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every shower, sheets and towels provided, and laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and first aid kit all provided. Super cute house and great layout for families.

Perfect place!

Five stars. Great house, clean, good layout for large family vacations, umbrella/chairs/body board/toys already at house, minute walk to the beach, short walk to the stores and restaurants, owners were super helpful and provided us a list of all the events that were happening on the island and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, we would 100% visit again.
